Advance A minimum of 40% advance payment is typically required before production begins.
Final Payment: The balance is due upon completion and before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices: Invoices will be shared digitally and must be settled within the stated timeframe to avoid delays in delivery.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of 3D printing:
* No full refunds are offered once materials are used or production has started.
* If a project is cancelled before material consumption, partial refunds (excluding design/labor costs) may be issued.
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing to our official email address.
* We strive to resolve issues amicably and will reprint or repair any item that has material defects caused during the manufacturing process.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
* We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
